Allow us to introduce you to Azian Anuar Kearney, a Certified Public Accountant and a Partner in our firm, specializing in Auditing & Financial Statements. With nearly three decades of experience, Azian has honed a strong background in operations, accounting, and auditing.

Azian's career journey is a fascinating one. She started in private industry, dedicating over fourteen years to this domain, including an impressive eleven-year stint in the travel retail industry. Her roles varied, culminating in the role of Director of Supply Chain, Merchandising & Logistics for World Duty Free.

Azian's expertise in auditing led her to be a valued member of the Audit team at Nanavaty, Nanavaty & Davenport LLP, where she contributed for nine years from 2006-2014. She then ventured into controllership positions in both private industry and non-profit entities, further diversifying her skill set. Her prior roles include serving as a corporate controller at Maplewood Senior Living and Immaculate High School.

Azian's educational foundation is strong, with a Bachelor of Business Administration featuring dual majors in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Miami in 1989. She's a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut and a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Beyond her professional achievements, Azian is actively engaged in her community, currently serving as the Treasurer of the Newtown Scholarship Association and the Capt. Paul Foye (CT) chapter of the United States Coast Guard Academy Parents' Association. Alongside her husband Joe, she has called Newtown her home for 22 years.
